Currently, we only ship within Germany by default. If you would like to order to other European countries, please send us an email to info@pandaceramic.de – we'll find a solution.

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €150.

anderer unvorhersehbarer Umstände zu Verzögerungen kommen, informieren wir dich
selbstverständlich.

Sobald dein Paket unser Lager verlassen hat, liegt die Zustellung im
Verantwortungsbereich des Versanddienstleisters.

Der Versand erfolgt klimafreundlich mit DHL.

Deutschland

Innerhalb Deutschlands berechnen wir eine Versandpauschale
von 5,90 € pro Bestellung.

Ab einem Bestellwert von 150 € ist der Versand kostenlos.

Europäische Union

Für Lieferungen in EU-Länder berechnen wir eine
Versandpauschale von 18,90 € pro Bestellung.

Derzeit liefern wir standardmäßig in alle Länder der
Europäischen Union.

Solange sich deine Bestellung auf dem Versandweg befindet, tragen wir das Risiko für Verlust oder Beschädigung. Entscheidest du dich, selbst einen Versanddienstleister zu beauftragen, geht die Verantwortung ab der Übergabe an dich über.

Kommt ein Artikel beschädigt bei dir an, kontaktiere bitte umgehend unseren Kundenservice – idealerweise mit einem Foto des Schadens. Wir kümmern uns schnell und unkompliziert um eine passende Lösung.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you or an authorized person receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear declaration by email or letter is sufficient. We will provide you with a sample form upon request. The return must be made within 14 days of the cancellation. You will bear the return shipping costs yourself. You can also find all details in our cancellation policy and in the statutory sample form, which you will receive on a permanent storage medium upon conclusion of the contract.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and well protected.


• Use sturdy packaging and attach the return label securely.


• We recommend having the label affixed directly at a post office.

Deadlines & Responsibility:

You have 14 days after receiving the goods to return them.

After this deadline, we can no longer accept returns. Unannounced or late returns may be returned at your expense.

Damage caused by improper packaging or transport is your responsibility and may be deducted from the refund amount.
