Shipping & Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided during the ordering process. Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days. We will, of course, notify you of any delays due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

Which shipping service provider do you use?

Shipping is climate-friendly with DHL.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €150.

Do you also deliver outside of Germany?

Currently, we only ship within Germany by default. If you would like to order to other European countries, please send us an email to info@pandaceramic.de – we'll find a solution.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

While your order is in transit, we bear the risk of loss or damage. If you choose to use your own shipping service, responsibility is transferred to you upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately – ideally with a photo of the damage. We will quickly and easily find a suitable solution.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay safely and conveniently using the following methods:

Payment by cash on delivery or invoice is currently not possible

Payment terms

The invoice amount is due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Can I buy a gift card?

We don't currently offer any fixed gift cards. If you'd still like to give one, just write to us at info@pandaceramic.de. We'll be happy to create a customized offer for you.

Cancellation and return

Can I return my order?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you or an authorized person receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear declaration by email or letter is sufficient. We will provide you with a sample form upon request. The return must be made within 14 days of the cancellation. You will bear the return shipping costs yourself. You can also find all details in our cancellation policy and in the statutory sample form, which you will receive on a permanent storage medium upon conclusion of the contract.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and well protected.

  • Use sturdy packaging and attach the return label securely.

  • We recommend having the label affixed directly at a post office.

Deadlines & Responsibility:

You have 14 days after receiving the goods to return them.

After this deadline, we can no longer accept returns. Unannounced or late returns may be returned at your expense.

Damage caused by improper packaging or transport is your responsibility and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Please keep your receipt safe until your refund is complete. If you have tracking, you can check the status of your return at any time.
