How is our recycled ceramic made?
Our recycled ceramics are made in an environmentally friendly way by giving old or damaged ceramics and production waste a new life. The process starts by crushing and grinding them into a fine powder, which is then blended with natural raw materials such as clay and kaolin.

Every piece begins as a simple blank. A carefully molded mix of clay, kaolin, and recycled ceramic. After gentle drying, it undergoes its first firing, which hardens the form and prepares it for glazing.
The glaze not only protects the surface but also gives each piece its unique character. A second high temperature firing then transforms the fragile blank into a durable, high quality ceramic.
