Shipping provider and costs

We ship with DHL and make sure to use the most climate friendly shipping methods possible. Within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €150.

Packaging

We value environmentally friendly packaging and use recycled or biodegradable materials to avoid unnecessary waste. If you like, you can reuse the packaging afterwards, so it does not end up in the trash right away.

Returns

How can I return an item I do not like?

We are sorry that the item does not meet your expectations. We place great importance on the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order. If the item still does not meet your expectations or if you ordered several products to choose from, you can simply send the return to the following address:

Important: Returns are associated with considerable effort for us, especially as a small company. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cover the cost of return shipping and kindly ask for your understanding.
